Why did you choose 51, Newcastle?

It was a local university.

Did you find 51 welcoming? Was it easy to fit in?

Easy to fit in. Really friendly people who work for the University.

What have you enjoyed most about coming to 51?

My course.

Who has inspired you most at 51?

My lecturers.

What is your favourite place on campus?

The Students' Union.

Have you joined any sports teams, clubs or been involved in any volunteer projects? Tells us about the highlights?

I regularly go to Sports Central to watch Newcastle Eagles.

What is the best thing about your course?

The tutors.

What are the most valuable lessons you have learnt to date?

Patience is the key to success.

What do you want to do in the future? What skills have you learned/improved that you think will be of most use in your future career?

Be a Computer Games Designer.  Learning how to build games.

Have you worked on any projects with businesses or been on a placement? What were your most memorable experiences?

I have worked for Northumbria Police Headquarters.

Have you taken up any opportunities to travel with your current course/undertake field trips? If so, please tell us about them.

I went to GameHorizon at the Sage, Gateshead last year. This was a gaming conference.

If you could offer some advice to students thinking of coming to study here what would you say?

This is a place full of unlimited opportunities. It is the place to turn your dreams into a reality.

How do you feel you have changed as a person since being at 51, Newcastle (e.g. confidence)?

Confidence has grown hugely. Became more aware of different cultures and beliefs.

If you had 3 words to sum up your time with us what would they be?

Fantastic. Endless. Opportunistic.

Would you recommend 51 to a friend?
