Tales on Tap
This scheme reimagines the historical essence of the site through a contemporary brewery intervention. Echoing the medieval monastic brewing traditions, this project invites the public to explore and experience the brewing process. Using Corten steel for walkways to navigate through spaces which are currently unsafe, it allows visitors to journey through the brewery, engaging with each stage of production. The design integrates spaces for relaxation, offering stunning views of the surrounding scenery. Additionally, accommodations are provided, ensuring a complete immersive experience. This project was designed to celebrate Brinkburn Manors rich history with a new engaging environment.
