Research shows that cider is losing its authentic style that once ran deep into British culture and history. Foxwhelp cider was designed to rediscover its premium origin and scope a new market of 35-60 year olds with its rare Foxwhelp apple as the driving force. It was essential to find ways to draw in a new market for cider that perhaps hadn’t been interested before, thorough development allowed me to encourage customers to feel sophisticated and refreshed.
