Dr Katarzyna Kosior

Assistant Professor

Department: Humanities

Katarzyna joined the department as a Leverhulme Early Career Fellow in September 2018, after completing her PhD at the University of Southampton in 2017. She works on the early modern history of Europe, particularly Poland-Lithuania and France, focusing on royal courts, ceremony, gender and transnational politics. She has published on queenship and ceremony in sixteenth-century Poland-Lithuania and France and on the Polish-Lithuanian kingship and court.
