‘Take On Tomorrow’ with the new edition of 51 News

The spring edition of Northumbria University News is here.

Packed with the latest news, features and interviews, 51 News is the perfect way to ‘read all about’ the exciting developments taking place across the University.

This issue’s cover story features the unveiling of Northumbria’s bold and ambitious new brand position #TakeOnTomorrow and new logo, which includes a shield directly drawn from the University coat of arms. You can find out how ground-breaking new research by Northumbria’s academics is helping to ‘Take On Tomorrow’ in a special feature on Pg. 14-15.    

There is also a ‘Big Interview’ on Pg. 9 with Professor Steven Kyffin, Pro Vice-Chancellor for Knowledge Exchange, talking about his role at the University and previewing this year’s Great Exhibition of the North. The Converted Flat in 2049, by the Interaction Research Studio, is one of seven period rooms built as part of the Real Rooms project which opened in July at the Museum of the Home in London.
