Summary minutes and the agendas of the past five years of meetings of the Board of Governors and its Committees can be accessed through the links below. For access to any older minutes or agendas, please get in touch with the Governance Services Team. 

Summary minutes of the meetings of Nominations Committee and Remuneration Committee are not produced, and we produce full minutes of these Meetings, which are not published. Since 2017/18 we have published an Annual Remuneration Report as part of the annual report and financial statements.
